Where Do We Deliver?

We deliver to countries across Europe, America, and worldwide. All orders are shipped directly from our warehouse or specialized international fulfillment partners.

Shipping Method

We offer Free Standard Shipping worldwide with no minimum purchase required. Once your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive a track and trace link via email, allowing you to easily track your order. Packages are delivered from Monday to Thursday between 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM, and on Friday from 8:30 AM - 4:30 PM.

If you are unavailable during the first delivery attempt, the package will be redirected to your local post office for pickup. You will receive updated tracking information regarding this.

Shipping Address

Please ensure you provide the correct and current shipping address. You may use P.O. boxes as your shipping address, though certain items may require a physical address or signature confirmation for successful delivery.

International Orders and Customs Fees

International orders may be subject to customs fees or import duties, which are the responsibility of the recipient. Please note that customs clearance may cause delivery delays, and Homeeandmore is not responsible for any customs delays.

Processing Time and Shipping Time

Processing Time: After your order is successfully placed, it will be processed within 1-3 business days. You will receive an order confirmation email with processing details.

Shipping Time: Once your order has been processed and shipped, the estimated delivery time is typically 7-14 business days. The delivery time may vary based on location and external factors (e.g., customs, weather, flight schedules). You will receive updates with tracking information and estimated delivery time.

Shipping Origin

To offer you the best pricing on our Homeeandmore products, we ship directly from our specialized international fulfillment partners located in China/Asia. This allows us to provide Free Worldwide Shipping.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipment notification email with a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to check the status of your delivery. Updates will also be available under your order history.

Issues Regarding Delivery

If your package has not been delivered, or if the tracking shows that it was delivered but you have not received it, please contact our customer service team immediately. Contact us within 90 days of your order date at sales@homeeandmore.com for assistance.
