Return Process
Once we receive your return request, we will send you detailed instructions for returning the item. Items sent back to us without prior return approval will not be accepted.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception. If the item is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong item, please contact us immediately at sales@homeeandmore.com. We will assess the issue and work to resolve it as soon as possible.
Exchanges
The fastest way to get the item you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, place a new order for the replacement. Please note that we do not offer direct exchanges for products.
European Union – 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is being shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receipt, for any reason and without justification. The item must be in the same condition that you received it—unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take some additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
